Name That Movie #20

Thanks James for your last name-that-movie post.  Here's mine, I hope you have as much fun figuring this one out as I had putting it together, good luck…

Below is an image from a movie.  If you can guess the movie via that one image, do so, if not, there will be links to further images.  The second image should be more obvious, and the third image even moreso, and so on.  When you are ready to make a guess, make sure you indicate how many images it took before you got it.  Please try not to read the comments before you guess!

That said, here's the first image…

GOOD LUCK!!!

EDIT: By the way, you can recap all the Name-That-Movie posts on Unbecoming Levity, by use of this neat little page.

Vanessa in Pieces

Had to stop at LeBlanc's Auto Body this morning to get my kid's carseat from Vanessa.  When I went in there they had removed Vanessa's headlights, grille, and bumper assembly (sorry, I didn't get any pictures)…

The left fender was already resituated as was the hood, and they were sanding her hood down for repainting.  Despite being in pieces she looked better already.  They said the damage underneath the exterior was not bad at all, and assured me the car would be good as new when they were done.  Hang in there baby…

In the meantime, I'm driving this thing:

It's a Pontiac Grand-Am that I picked up at U-Save Auto Rental of Fitchburg this morning.  It's okay, but it can't hold a candle to my Vanessa.

Patty's Pyramid of Fancy Feasts

Image

Each morning and evening after washing out the catfood cans, Patty has taken to stacking them on the bathroom windowsill, as you can see we've missed a couple recycle days due to the December rush.  This is 36 cans, or 18 days worth.

I'm reminded of ancient Egypt with its reverence of cats, and its pyramids.

Next recycle day is a week away… 14 more cans…
