I hope you are spending the first seconds of 2006 holding someone you love. Thanks for reading Unbecoming Levity in 2005. Special wishes and fond sentiments to our dear friends, particularly the Burkes whom we could not be with tonight since Pat and I are sick with nasty colds.
I've spent the last few minutes with my family, munching popcorn and playing UNO while watching the celebrations on TV. At this moment I'm kissing my wife and daughter, and thinking of my friends and family for aulde lang syne.

The Wolverine's Den
Here's a blog I was lucky to find today. Check out Wolverine's Den if you get a chance. Beautiful photography and great articles about what is going on today with respect to astronomy and space exploration. They've got a nice article about the New Horizons probe to Pluto which is due to launch soon.
