The decider's first act in this new era of bipartisanship is to renominate six candidates for the federal bench that were previously blocked by the Republican-dominated Senate. Bush is insisting that these candidates be approved, and approved before January (when control of the House and Senate are formally turned over to the Democrats). One of these candidates has been deemed incompetent by the American Bar Association. The excellent progressive feminist blog A Voce has an insightful analysis of this turn of events. Check it out:

Again, he's either stupid, or he thinks American citizens are are, or both.
