Eventually I will be using a lot more than this.

Here I've finished brushing and rinsing the dentures.  You can clearly see the hooks that go around my front lower teeth… getting the lower denture on was way more painful than trying to take it off.  It took several minutes for me to be able to do it.

After 15 mintues the water in the tub changes from blue to clear.  Then you brush the dentures clean (all surfaces) using the fluid from the tub.

For cleaning between and around my seven remaining lower teeth.

To hold the upper denture in place, I use Poligrip.  Eventually I will be using a lot of this, but because my gums are covered with raw, bloody, holes, I can't use very much.

Of course, the Efferdent people think I should do this every day!

The tablet is only about the size of a quarter.  I expected it to be bigger.  Once this tub is fizzing away, I drop the dentures in and let therm sit for 15 minutes.

Taking the lower denture out was extremely painful, and I have a wicked headache now that I have finished.

Time to clean my dentures.  Dentist says I must do this 3 times a week.
